Located in Jersey City, this multi-family rental project was developed in collaboration with Studio ST Architects, blending elegant simplicity with a bold, minimalist aesthetic. The design aims to appeal to family-oriented clients, offering both functionality and refined style.
The five-story façade presents a harmonious balance of materials and textures. The ground floor features a sleek storefront with stone finishes, establishing a solid and inviting base. From the second to the fifth floors, the exterior showcases a stacked bond brick pattern accented by aluminum-framed windows and balconies, complemented by warm wooden finishes that add depth and contrast. This thoughtful combination of elements creates a façade that is modern yet approachable.
Inside, the design prioritizes elegance and minimalism, mirroring the exterior's aesthetic.
