The 382 Residential Building was designed with a strong focus on both efficiency and design excellence. The ground floor accommodates the lobby and two residential units, with the rear yard dedicated to the main recreational space for residents. The basement includes a mechanical room, additional storage, and a unit that opens up to a serene sunken patio, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat.
In crafting both the interior spaces and the building's façade, our design approach was rooted in simplicity, avoiding unnecessary complexity while maintaining a sense of clarity. The façade was conceived to enhance the quality of interior spaces by maximizing natural light and air circulation, all while respecting the contextual character of the surrounding urban environment. Our aim was to create a building that complements its neighborhood while adding a fresh and inviting vibe to the street.
We believe this project will contribute positively to the local community, blending seamlessly with its surroundings and offering residents a modern, comfortable living experience in an urban context.
