9 Nevins is a three-story multifamily building located on a 24-foot-wide lot on Nevins Street, near the McGinley Square East redevelopment area and adjacent to the commercial corridor of Bergen Avenue. The building is designed to offer comfortable living spaces with an emphasis on natural light and ventilation, catering to families in a rapidly developing neighborhood.

The project consists of five units: four two-bedroom apartments and one one-bedroom unit on the ground floor, with one of the two-bedroom units featuring a private patio, providing a unique residential option for families in the area.

The façade of 9 Nevins features large windows that allow for ample natural light, complemented by a sleek, modern material palette. Dark grey brick, dark grey fiber cement board panels, and grey metal panels are used to create a contemporary aesthetic while maintaining a respectful dialogue with the surrounding neighborhood's character and context. This design approach provides a harmonious balance between modernity and the traditional urban fabric of the area.
