Our design prioritizes simplicity in circulation and maximizes openness, with a focus on creating ample outdoor spaces. The five-story building features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the interiors, enhancing the sense of space. The white brick and stucco façade provides a clean, modern aesthetic, while the angled balconies with glass and accent black metal walls offer visual interest and functional outdoor space.
The first floor is equipped with private rear decks, and the landscaped rooftop serves as a communal space with amenities like a barbecue, fire pit, and pergola, providing residents with a retreat within the city. The slight elevation of the building, combined with the floor-to-ceiling windows at the lobby, creates a welcoming entryway that distinctly separates the public entry from the private apartments, enhanced by planters that further define the space and provide greenery. This design promotes both community engagement and privacy, making it an ideal urban living environment.
