This single-family house is designed around a series of minimalist volumes that create open, airy spaces by allowing for natural ventilation and lighting. The layout is oriented to offer sweeping views of the surrounding lake, with the ground floor dedicated to common areas. These spaces are interconnected through a gallery, which extends into a wooden pergola that helps control sunlight. The gallery serves as a social hub, directly connecting to the grill and pool area for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The upper floor is dedicated to private areas, with a large terrace designed to maintain a strong connection to the outdoors. The use of local materials like wood and concrete, along with minimalist colors, allows the house to blend harmoniously with the natural landscape, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility and connection with the environment.
