In designing the façade for this mixed-use, multi-story building complex, our primary goal was to create a structure that not only enhances the aesthetic value of the street but also improves the quality of life in the surrounding urban fabric. The design seeks to positively impact both the immediate environment and the wider community, whether directly or indirectly.

To elevate the user experience both inside and outside the building, we focused on fostering a vibrant street life, where encounters, interactions, and social gatherings can occur naturally on a daily basis. By encouraging such dynamics, the design aims to contribute to the development of a healthy, safe, and engaged community.

This vision was realized through thoughtful attention to essential, yet minimalist design elements—such as the scale of the commercial spaces, the width of the street, strategic building setbacks, and the placement of trees and street furniture. These elements work together to create a harmonious relationship between the building and its environment, ensuring that both the community and the structure mutually benefit from the design, leading to an enhanced urban experience for all.
