Sanpietro House

This house is situated in a gated community north of Buenos Aires, where a highly restrictive building code imposed strict guidelines on materials and shapes, including the mandatory use of sloping roofs. In response, we designed a single sloped roof made of black stone, which seamlessly opens onto the surrounding exterior space. The exterior becomes the focal point of the design, with all other spaces, including circulation areas, oriented towards it, creating a strong connection between the interior and the outdoors.
