Located in Ramos Mejía, a suburb of Buenos Aires, this building was designed to meet the market demand for one- and two-bedroom apartments, with a strong emphasis on functionality over formal design. The primary goal was to create spacious apartments with comfortable balconies, abundant daylight, and open views.

The building stands out from its neighbors, which contributed to its success in the market and a significant economic return. The footprint is open on all four sides, allowing for natural light and ventilation, while also framing two centenarian palms that give the building its name: Palmeras de Ramos. A rooftop terrace was included as a social space for residents to gather and enjoy the views.
