The design concept for the new building is centered around the idea of elevating the structure to become part of the tree canopy, seamlessly connecting the built environment with the surrounding forest. By lifting the building off the ground, the structure offers unobstructed views of the forest, creating a visual and spiritual connection between the interior and the exterior. This connection is intended to inspire a sense of serenity and creativity within the workplace.

A central green public plaza links all buildings on the site, transforming into a vibrant forum for human interaction. The plaza's layout fosters visual continuity, leading the eye through transparent entryways and common areas on the ground floor, and extending towards the forest behind. This seamless transition between spaces encourages collaboration and a deep connection to nature.

Functionally and sustainably driven, the building's form is inspired by individual trees within a cluster. Each group of offices is visually emphasized on the exterior, forming distinct but cohesive elements within the larger structure. Transparent circulation corridors between offices allow natural light to penetrate the building, enhancing the atmosphere and reducing the need for artificial lighting.

The "Canopy" Building is arranged in a long, rectangular layout aligned with Premyslova Street, maximizing passive solar efficiency through its west-to-east orientation. This thoughtful approach ensures optimal energy performance while also enhancing the user experience by integrating natural surroundings and light into the design.
