Located within the historic Hamilton Park neighborhood of Jersey City, this 1880s brownstone underwent a comprehensive gut renovation. The top floor was reconfigured to create an elegant Master Suite and office, offering a refined and functional living space.
The Master Bath features a custom mirror with backlighting behind frosted glass, along with a sleek glass shower enclosure. Skylights were incorporated on this level to bring in natural light, which filters down the staircase, brightening the floors below and enhancing the overall atmosphere of the home.
The second-floor bedrooms and bathroom were refinished with a light, contemporary aesthetic, giving them a brighter, more open feel. A central HVAC system with a smart, programmable thermostat was installed to improve the building’s energy efficiency, reducing its overall energy consumption.
