Our design seeks to bridge the past and present through a transparent connection that honors the existing structures while introducing modern elements. By weaving light and history together, we create a dialogue between old and new, where glass seamlessly blends with historic walls, allowing the past's textures and details to remain at the forefront. These thoughtful interventions respect the stories embedded in the buildings, ensuring the new elements complement rather than overpower. Pockets of green spaces between the structures invite nature into the architectural narrative, offering places of respite and reflection.
The journey through this space is one of exploration, where every step reveals the layers of history and modernity in harmony. A sun-drenched promenade guides visitors through a vibrant tapestry, leading to moments of discovery – from the light tower offering views into the canopy to the hidden treasures beneath the glass. As we move through the central plaza, we honor the ancient trees, allowing their natural beauty to dictate the rhythm of the space. The dynamic "amoeba path" connects various activities, from the lively cafe to playful playgrounds, creating an ever-evolving experience that reflects the lively intersection of community, nature, and design.
